  • I help people work through anxiety they experience before, during, and after social situations. I help people utilize their strengths, build connections, and grow in confidence to conquer their anxiety socially.

  • I enjoy helping people learn more about themselves. If you would like to have challenging conversations about building your self-awareness, I can help.

  • Self-care is more than bubble baths and yoga, although those might be things you choose to add into your life. If you are needing new rhythms that support your self-care, I can help you.

  • Boundaries are important guides to help support you with others you interact with. I help people identify what they need to know in order to set boundaries that fit for them and serve them well.

  • Self-view is important as it impacts so many different aspects of your mental health. I help people build security in themselves and confidence.

If your insurance is not listed, or you wish to not use your insurance,
I also offer Self-Pay. Self-Pay Sessions are $150 per session.
