We all need to feel safe and secure.

For some, knowing surroundings is helpful.

I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

  • The Door

Once you have arrived at the
    Wind Hill Office Center
Look for Building “300” on the outside door.

You will know you are in the right place when you see
    “Soothing Connections Counseling”
on the left side of the door window,
    Suite 309.

  • The Waiting Area

    Once you arrive,
have a seat in the waiting area.
I will come out to get you when I am ready.

I try to be on time, however sometimes you will wait for 2-5 minutes, and on very rare occasions up to 10 minutes. I will always make your time up to you if I am the reason a session is starting late.

If you are running a few minutes behind, I will still come out to the waiting area and check for you.

There are many different seating options to accommodate different body needs.
If you need an assistance, please contact before the appointment.

  • The Office

If we are meeting individually, you can have a seat on the couch facing the yellow therapist’s chair.

If we are meeting for couples or family dyads, you can have a seat in the two gray chairs. I move my yellow therapist’s chair facing towards you.

There are pillows with different textures if you want some comfort. And if you’d prefer getting rid of the pillows, feel free to move them.

There are also fidgets available if needed (just ask!) or bring your own if you’d like.

The goal is for you to feel comfortable.
